Start every day the confident way - by getting into a shiny, clean car! Our monthly unlimited wash plans are the best way to feel organized and keep your car looking brand new. We use RFID technology by attaching a small RFID sticker to the windshield of your vehicle, which ensures your information is safe and your wash package is accurate. There is no sign-up fee or long-term commitment and you can cancel anytime! We currently offer Unlimited Wash Plans at our Maysville, South Point, and Downtown Charleston locations. Can I use the monthly unlimited wash pass at any 5-Star location?

At this time, you can use the monthly unlimited wash pass at any 5-Star location that has a tunnel. This includes Huntington, South Point, Maysville, & Downtown Charleston. However, the pass is not valid at any self-serve bay or automatic.

Do I Have To Purchase a New Pass Every Month?

No! For your convenience, your monthly pass is a reoccurring charge. If you wish to cancel or upgrade, fill out the form below before the next billing date. 

(Our billing runs on the 1st of every month.)

Can I sign-up for a monthly unlimited pass with cash?

No. At this time the only form of payment accepted for the monthly passes is credit card.

Do I have to Put The RFID Barcode Sticker In my Windshield?

Yes! We have worked hard to get our prices as affordable as possible. With that being said, our prices are per vehicle and failure to place the RFID sticker in your windshield will result in removal from our monthly pass program. 

If you get a new car, just call our main office and we will assist you in transitioning your monthly pass to your new vehicle.

What should I do if I plan on reactivating my monthly pass in the future?

If you plan on reactivating a monthly pass in the future then you can leave the RFID barcode sticker on your windshield. When you're ready to reactivate the monthly pass, simply visit any 5-Star location where they will scan your barcode sticker, swipe your credit card and restart the account.

Will I receive a refund after cancelling my monthly unlimited pass?

No, you will not receive a refund after cancelling the monthly pass. The pass will remain active and available to use until the next billing date, at which point the pass would become inactive. 5-Star does not issue refunds for cancellations in the middle of a billing period.
